Shipping & Returns

Due to our in-store fulfilment process your order may arrive in MULTIPLE shipments. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take additional days to process.

We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

There will be a credit card authorization hold for your total order amount. You will be charged for the individual items when they are shipped which may result in multiple charges. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive an email notification(s) with tracking information.

RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS:

Returning online orders is easy - send back your unwanted items by mail or take them to a True Religion store. To return by mail, see information below. To return your items in person, just take your items and order confirmation to your closest True Religion store.

Please note: Labels are 1 per order. Once a return label has been generated, you may not create another one. Please save your return tracking number for your records.

 

Any US online purchases made at Truereligion.com can be returned and shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a refund/credit.

Not using our pre-paid label?

Please follow the following steps:

  1. Pack and seal box securely in original box if possible. If you do not have the original packaging, use an unmarked box or packing box to ship your return.
  2. Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation in the return package.
  3. Mail your return package to the address below:

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team (contact info is at the bottom of the page).

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORES (U.S.):

You may also return your order to any US True Religion full price or outlet location, accompanied by your order confirmation and packing slip. If you do not have a receipt, you can exchange or receive a store credit for the current selling value of the item. A government issued photo ID is required for all in-store returns and exchanges.

Note: Stores cannot refund Paypal or AfterPay orders. These type of orders must to be shipped back to our warehouse.

RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in one of our stores can be returned to any True Religion store. Find a store near you to check store hours and address info. Take your item and receipt to the store to return. Most returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

RETURNING INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Please contact us at customersupport@truereligion.com and we will provide you with an international return label and instructions. All international refunds will be credited to you by BorderFree in the same currency and exchange rate as your original order.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call us at 844-878-7546 and we will help you return the item.

True Religion is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather delays, holiday peak volume and/or other interruptions in delivery service provider.

RETURN POLICY:

True Religion gladly accepts the return of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or defective merchandise.

Refunds for merchandise returned within 30 days and accompanied by the original receipt will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. If you no longer have your receipt, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price of the returned merchandise.

Swimwear, intimate apparel and discounted items ending in $0.95 are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  A government issued photo ID is required for all in-store returns and exchanges.

Purchases may be returned or exchanged in any U.S. or Canada True Religion location.

For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online or visit your local True Religion store. We are unable to process exchanges online.
