Ground Shipping
Following credit card verification and order processing (1-2 business days), you will receive your order within approximately 5-7 days (Monday through Friday). This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
2nd Day Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will arrive within 2 business days; pending credit card authorization and verification. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
Next Day Shipping
Orders placed for overnight service before 2:00 PM EST will ship out the day ordered and will arrive the next day (excluding holidays and weekends); pending credit card authorization and verification. Please note, at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
True Religion is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather delays, holiday peak volume and/or other interruptions in delivery service.

ORDERING QUESTIONS
What forms of payment can I use online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Gift and merchandise cards cannot be redeemed online, currently only in stores.
I'm having problems placing an order. What can I do?
We recommend that you first check to make sure all of your billing information is the same as it appears on your credit card statement. If you continue to experience problems placing an order, please contact our customer service. One of our customer service agents will be happy to provide assistance.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Once you receive the tracking number confirmation e-mail, we will charge your credit card.
How can I make sure my order went through?
Once you successfully place an order, you will view a receipt confirmation page. On this page will be your order confirmation number. If you do not see a receipt page after submitting your order, your order has not been placed. A copy of your receipt will also be emailed to the email address that you specified on your order. You will receive this email typically between 1-2 hours after placing your order.
Why should I become a registered user?
You won't have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. You can save multiple shipping addresses for gifts, access your wish list, save your payment information, track your orders quickly, and manage your e-mail preferences.
How do I know that my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once the order has been shipped. Once you receive your confirmation you will be able to click the tracking number and it will redirect you to UPS.com.
How long does delivery take?

How do I change or cancel an order?
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however we do offer free returns. Once you receive your order, please visit SHIPPING & RETURNS (section online) to obtain a free UPS return label.
If purchased a gift card in a store. Can I use this gift card to purchase online?
No. At this time we are unable to accept gift cards towards online purchases.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Are purchases on this website really tax free?
No. We collect sales tax only in states where we have a physical True Religion store or dealer. Please refer to the store locator to determine if your state qualifies.
Is ordering over the internet secure?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
Order date is the day you made your purchase. Ship date is the day your item is shipped to you from our warehouse.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

RETURN/EXCHANGE QUESTIONS
What is your return/exchange policy?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Subject to the following restrictions. True Religion will issue a refund in the form and amount tendered for any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days after purchase for an exchange or refund.

What is your online return policy?

Any US online purchases made at Truereligion.com can be returned and shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a refund/credit. For a free UPS return label, please visit our SHIPPING & RETURNS section on our website to print a UPS label.

Can I return an online purchase to a True Religion store?

You may choose to return any item that you have purchased online at one of our locations within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Simply bring a copy of of your order confirmation email. We cannot accept returns without your email confirmation which contains order details. A government issued photo ID is required for all in-store returns and exchanges. Please note: Stores cannot refund Paypal orders. Paypal orders must to be shipped back to our warehouse.

Can I return a store purchase to your online store?

At this time, we cannot accept store purchases returned to our online store.

What is your In-Store Returns/Exchanges Policy?

If you do not have a receipt, you can exchange or receive a store credit for the current selling value of the item. A government issued photo ID is required for all in-store returns and exchanges. Purchases made in stores may be returned or exchanged in any U.S. or Canada True Religion location.

International Customers:

Please contact us at customersupport@truereligion.com with your order number and we will provide you with an international return label and return instructions. All international refunds will be credited to you by BorderFree in the same currency and exchange rate as your original order.

Holiday Extended Return Policy:

True Religion gladly accepts the return or exchange of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or defective merchandise, purchased between November 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 until January 31, 2019. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period and accompanied by the original receipt will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. If you no longer have your receipt, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price of the returned merchandise.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • No returns or exchanges can be accepted on Swimwear or Intimates.
  • Private Sale Event and all items ending in $.95 are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges can be accepted.
  • All footwear must be returned with original packaging in original condition.

How do I return/exchange in store?

Merchandise purchased via this website can be returned/exchanged at any True Religion full-price or outlet location, if presented along with a copy of the packing slip shipped with your order. If returned within the 30 days, your original form of payment will be refunded. Stores cannot process Paypal refunds, for all Paypal refunds please ship items back to us using the return label provided.

Returning an Online Purchase

Step 1: Please visit the SHIPPING & RETURNS section online to print a UPS return label.

Step 2: Pack and seal box securely in original box if possible. If you do not have the original packaging, use an unmarked box or packing box to ship your return.

Step 3: Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation in the return package. Mail your return package to the address:

Take your package to any authorized UPS location.

It's possible that the item is no longer in stock or sold out.

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
How do I order a replacement button?
You can request replacement hardware by reaching out to repairs@truereligion.com. Please include the style or sku number, color, and name of style if possible. If you do not have the information needed you can attach a picture of the front and back of the product to the e-mail.
How can I become a True Religion affiliate partner?

COUNTERFEITING QUESTIONS
Someone is selling True Religion Brand Jeans jeans on eBay. Are they authentic?
While we cannot guarantee all True Religion sellers on eBay are authentic, you can feel confident in your purchase when shopping the Official True Religion eBay storefront. Please note that none of our authorized retailers are permitted to sell True Religion Brand Jeans jeans on eBay or other auction sites.
What if the online seller says the True Religion Brand Jeans jeans are New With Tags (NWT)? Does that mean that they are authentic?
No. Counterfeiters have studied authentic True Religion Brand Jeans jeans and are capable of copying the look of most of our labels and tags (although they are much lower quality). Almost all counterfeit jeans sold on eBay and other auction sites are advertised as New With Tags, but this means nothing because the tags often are counterfeit.
Someone in my area is having a Jean Party at their house. Are the jeans authentic?
Probably not. None of our authorized retailers are permitted to sell authentic True Religion Brand Jeans at jean parties. It is highly probable that the jeans are counterfeit if an individual has five or more pairs to sell.
I want to report a counterfeiter. Who should I contact?
Please email brandenforcement@truereligion.com. Provide as many details as you can, including the name and address of the seller, how many jeans this person or entity is selling, and whether we may contact you for further information.
Can I take my items to a local store to verify authenticity?
True Religion store personnel are not allowed to verify authenticity of product purchased outside of a True Religion location.
