When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

All orders have an average processing time of 1-2 business days. Due to high order volume orders may take 2 to 3 additional days to process. Please note that we do not process orders or deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Keep in mind that during the holiday season, shipping delays may occur as such conditions as severe weather, service interruptions may affect parcel traffic.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

How can I track my package that was transferred to USPS?

It's easy! If you see that your shipment has been transferred to your local Post Office for delivery, follow these simple steps to track your package:

Transferred by UPS to USPS Surepost

  1. Copy your USPS Tracking Number from the UPS website.
    Note: Expand "Shipment Details" if it is hidden.
    Copy Your Postal Service Tracking ID
  2. Visit the USPS Tracking Page.
  3. Enter the Tracking Number into the search box.
  4. After inputting your Tracking Number, click "Track."
  5. The USPS tracking site will provide the latest status for your package and/or delivery confirmation.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Once you receive the tracking number confirmation e-mail, we will charge your credit card.

Multiple shipments will result in multiple/separate charges.

I'm having problems placing an order. What can I do?

We recommend that you first check to make sure all of your billing information is the same as it appears on your credit card statement.

If you continue to experience problems placing an order, please contact our customer service (bottom of the page). One of our customer service agents will be happy to provide assistance.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Once you receive the tracking number confirmation e-mail, we will charge your credit card.

How can I make sure my order went through?

Once you successfully place an order, you will view a receipt confirmation page. On this page will be your order confirmation number. If you do not see a receipt page after submitting your order, your order has not been placed. A copy of your receipt will also be emailed to the email address that you specified on your order.

You will receive this email typically between 1-2 hours after placing your order.

Why should I become a registered user?

You won't have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. You can save multiple shipping addresses for gifts, access your wish list, save your payment information, track your orders quickly, and manage your e-mail preferences.

How do I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once the order has been shipped. Once you receive your shipment confirmation you will be able to click the tracking number and it will redirect you to UPS.com.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the shipping service you choose. To learn more about our shipping and delivery services visit our shipping section.

How do I change or cancel an order?

We are unable to accommodate any order cancellation or modification requests. However, if your order is eligible for returns — we make returns easy.

Are purchases on this website really tax free?

No. We collect sales tax only in states where we have a physical True Religion store or dealer. Please refer to the store locator to determine if your state qualifies.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

Order date is the day you made your purchase. Ship date is the day your item is shipped to you from our warehouse.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How do I sign up for the True Fam loyalty program?

Signing up is easy! Create an account online by clicking HERE and enter your name, email address and password. Don’t forget to check the box to sign-up for membership. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us – you will need to sign-in and go to your account page to opt-in to join our program.

What are the advantages of becoming a loyalty member?

Our loyalty program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards discounts on future purchases.

You also earn points for sharing with friends, following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and are even gifted with bonus points just for having a birthday! Where can I find all of my account information?

You can access all your info by logging into your account and viewing your account dashboard. Once signed-in, you can also visit the loyalty page https://www.truereligion.com/true-fam-loyalty as the roadmap to all your points and perks.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my loyalty account?

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your loyalty account. Make sure to create an account and sign up for loyalty membership before placing an order so you can receive points!

What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

Contact customer service by emailing cs@truereligion.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Sign up is 100% free with no additional charge to join! Make sure to visit https://www.truereligion.com/true-fam-loyalty to get started.

How do I redeem my points?

Exchanging your points for rewards is easy! Simply visit log in and check your account details to view all your reward options available and click the ‘Redeem’ button to redeem your chosen reward.

What are the easy ways to earn points?

For starters- each member gets a reward just for joining our rewards program. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave us a review, or like us on Facebook. Do I earn points on the entire purchase amount? 

No reward points are earned on shipping, taxes or purchases of gift cards.

Do I earn rewards for purchases done on the True Religion App? 

Currently at this time, you must create an account and opt-in to our loyalty program through our website. If you purchase through the app, you must make sure you are logged in to your account in order to receive rewards points for purchases. The full True Fam loyalty program dashboard is not yet available on the app, but we are working hard to get that done very soon. If you have any questions or need to receive points for purchases done in your app and you are a True Fam loyalty member, please contact cs@truereligion.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

Will I be able to use my points/rewards in store?

You will able to earn points for in-store purchases if you have signed up online for our loyalty program and are utilizing the same email address on file or simply by uploading/scanning the barcode on your receipts and submitting. You must already be a loyalty member at or before the date posted on the receipt to receive the points. Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot apply rewards points toward purchases in-store. We are working to link our stores with our online site in the future.

Do points ever expire?

If you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 12 months, you will be considered a dormant user, and your points and rewards will return to zero. You will be moved down to Opening Act, the lowest tier.

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.

I've earned points/Icon tier status with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account. For example, if you use $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded on your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.

How is my loyalty tier status determined?

Your tier is determined by the amount you spend in a calendar year (Ex. Jan 1, 2023 – Dec 31, 2023).
To reach:

Opening Act, it is free to join with no annual spend requirement

Headliner, you must spend $200-$399

Icon, you must spend $400+

Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at cs@truereligion.com to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any points for it. Is there something else I need to do?

Referred friends must be a first time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there.

Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website. When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

I signed up for the Birthday Bonus but I didn’t receive it?

In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.

If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.

All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.

Remember, the birthday reward is determined by the loyalty member tier that you are part of on the date of your birthday. If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact cs@truereligion.com and we will be happy to assist you.

What is Carbon Neutral Shipping?

Route is covering the cost to neutralize shipping emissions when you add "Green Package Protection" at checkout. "Green Package Protection" Shipping includes package protection at the same cost as before, with the additional benefit that your shipment is carbon neutral. By adding Green Package Protection to your cart, you're automatically taking instant climate action – no donation required.

How does Green Package Protection/Carbon Neutral Shipping work?

Route has partnered with Patch, a carbon credit marketplace, to facilitate the purchase of carbon credits to neutralize your emissions. Carbon credits represent a certified unit of carbon removal or avoidance delivered by environmental projects that can be purchased to naturally remove carbon from the air. Patch is a high-integrity carbon removal project that is vetted and certified by organizations like Gold Standard, Verra, Climate Action Reserve, and The American Carbon Registry.

Where is My Order?

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download  Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.

How Does Route Work?

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled.  

In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded. 

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

When Should I File a Claim?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. 
  • Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
  • For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?

Route definitely helps cover these instances! To protect your order against loss or theft, add Green Package Protection at checkout.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Route covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout. 

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. 

You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via  the web here . To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Subject to the following restrictions. True Religion will issue a refund in the form and amount tendered for any unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days after purchase for an exchange or refund.

Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced?

Yes. Simply sign up with us and you will be eligible to receive e-mail updates on new products, sales, events and other special announcements. To subscribe, simply click the subscribe link on the bottom of our website.

Are the products on the website the same as in the stores?

Yes. Although our website may have a greater selection than a store in your area, the products are the same. To find a store in your area, click Here.

Why can't I select the color/size combination I want?

It's possible that the item is no longer in stock or sold out.

Why was my order or item(s) cancelled?

There are several reasons why your order or certain item(s) may have been cancelled:

  • The item(s) sold out.
  • We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order. If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. If paid with PayPal or AfterPay, amounts charged for cancelled item(s) will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Refunds can take up 5 business days to clear and 10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.

What if I received a damaged item?

Please reach out to cs@truereligion.com. Please include the style or sku number, color, and name of style if possible. If you do not have the information needed you can attach a picture of the front and back of the product to the e-mail.

How can I become a True Religion affiliate partner?

You must first be partnered through eBay Enterprise. It is free to join, and you can apply to join at Affiliate Network

Non-delivery:

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 30 days (from “delivery date”) to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

COUNTERFEITING QUESTIONS
Someone is selling True Religion Brand Jeans jeans on eBay. Are they authentic?

Please note that none of our authorized retailers are permitted to sell True Religion Brand Jeans jeans on eBay or other auction sites.

What if the online seller says the True Religion Brand Jeans are New With Tags (NWT)? Does that mean that they are authentic?

No. Counterfeiters have studied authentic True Religion Brand Jeans and are capable of copying the look of most of our labels and tags (although they are much lower quality). Almost all counterfeit jeans sold on eBay and other auction sites are advertised as New With Tags, but this means nothing because the tags often are counterfeit.

I want to report a counterfeiter. Who should I contact?

Please email brandenforcement@truereligion.com. Provide as many details as you can, including the name and address of the seller, how many jeans this person or entity is selling, and whether we may contact you for further information.
