SHIPPING

We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, holiday peak volume and/or other interruptions caused by the delivery service provider.

We cannot cancel an order once it’s placed. There will be a credit card authorization hold for your total order amount. You will be charged for the individual items when they are shipped which may result in multiple charges. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive an email notification(s) with tracking information.

FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING:

True Religion offers Free Economy Shipping on all orders of $150 or more (Before Tax, US Only).

Shipping Fees (US):

*Premium 2-Day/Overnight Shipping: order must be submitted by 12pm PST. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the following day.

EXCHANGES:

For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online or visit your local True Religion store. We are unable to process exchanges online.

RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS (U.S):

Returning online orders is easy - ship your unwanted items to our warehouse or take them to a True Religion store.

Purchases made at Truereligion.com can be returned and shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a refund/credit. Initial Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING STEPS:

1. Pack and seal box securely in original box if possible. If you do not have the original packaging, use an unmarked box or packing box to ship your return.
2. Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation in the return package.
3. Ship your return package to the address below:

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team (contact info is at the bottom of the page).

RETURNING INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:

At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels for International orders. Only returned products are refunded. All shipping & duties for returns are nonrefundable and paid by the customer.
*Canada: Stores can offer exchanges only (not refunds) for items purchased online.

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORES (U.S.):

To return your items in person, just take your items, packing slip, and order confirmation to your closest True Religion store or Outlet. If you do not have your packing slip or confirmation, you can exchange or receive a store credit for the current selling value of the item. A valid government issued photo ID is required for all in-store returns and exchanges.

Note: Stores cannot refund items purchased with Paypal and Amazon Pay. These type of orders must be shipped back to our warehouse.

Please note: Any limited edition collaborations and online exclusive product returns must be shipped to our warehouse. These items are ineligible for exchange in store as well.

RETURNING IN-STORE PURCHASES:

Items purchased in one of our stores can be returned to any True Religion store. Find a store near you to check store hours and address info. Take your item and receipt to the store to return. Most returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

RETURNING A GIFT:

Follow instructions above for returning online orders or returning to a store.

RETURN POLICY:
*US Only

True Religion gladly accepts the return of merchandise in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or defective merchandise.

Refunds for merchandise returned within 30 days and accompanied by the original receipt will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. If you no longer have your receipt, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price of the returned merchandise.

Swimwear, intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A government issued photo ID is required for all in-store returns and exchanges.

Purchases may be returned or exchanged in any U.S. or Canada True Religion location.
