Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Big T stitch on True Religion jeans?

Big T is True Religion's signature oversized contrast stitch, introduced in 2004. It was designed to amplify the single-needle jean by using three ends of thread instead of one, creating a bolder, more pronounced stitch on the horseshoe back pocket. Big T became the visual signifier that defined the brand.
What’s the difference between Big T & Super T?

The difference is the number of threads. Big T (est. 2004) uses three ends of thread for an overstated stitch. Super T (est. 2005) uses five threads for an even heavier, chunkier look. Super T was inspired by the rugged construction of old mail bags, and no other brand was doing that kind of heavy-duty stitching at the time. Big T is the original bold stitch; Super T is the heaviest-weight evolution.
What size should I order in Big T or Super T jeans?

Order your true waist size in most Big T and Super T styles. Fit varies by silhouette, so reference the Men’s Sizing Chart for specific waist, inseam, and leg opening measurements before ordering.
